Much of the HPC class I teach at the University of Piemonte Orientale and University of Turin in Italy utilizes the Chameleon testbed. I utilize Chameleon for my course because it’s a valuable resource to get practice with Cloud Computing in a real environment by using a reliable platform for free.
My website outlines resources that I hope other educators will find useful for their curriculum. The following slide decks in particular will be helpful for those who wish to incorporate Chameleon specifically:
02: OpenStack and the Chameleon project (available here)
02-01: LAMP+CMS with OpenStack (available here)
02-02: Manage volume with OpenStack (available here)
02-03: Load balance with OpenStack (available here)
